    24 hour emergency contact cover

    Service of legal notices, preparation of court paperwork and court attendance where eviction is required whether for arrears, anti social behaviour or merely recovering the back possession of your property (where a tenant refuses to leave) **

    ** Additional Costs - for example if the oven breaks and needs replacing we organise the replacement and or repair as part of our service but the cost of the repair of replacement is at the landlord expense. The same applies for annual gas safety checks, we organise and manage as part of our service but the cost of the check and certification is at an additional cost.
